MiddletonMurray an award winning training provider are currently recruiting for an Apprenticeship Coordinator/Scheduler to join their operations team.  The successful candidate will support the operations team in the scheduling of visits for apprentices, clients and trainers.

Responsibilities for the role will include:

Scheduling of visits for Apprentices, Employers, Apprenticeship Trainers and Tutors on e-portfolio system

Coordination of all administrative processes in relation to Apprentices, Employers, Apprenticeship Trainers and Tutors

Sending out of information relating to visits including details relating to the visit, reminders of times and locations, follow-ups and rescheduling where necessary

Producing Online customer surveys and reports relating to such surveys

Being a point of contact for customers queries

Participation in Apprentice review meetings, training and coaching as well as electronic sessions as well as travelling to meetings where required,

Agreeing on actions with Apprenticeship Operations Managers for Apprentice progress.

Communicate with internal and external stakeholders on all aspects of the MM Apprenticeships Programme 

Administration duties as and when required

Person Specification

Experience in the scheduling of meetings and/or visits

Strong diary management skills

Experience of  using an e-portfolio system ideal but not essential

Capable of working with minimum supervision

Excellent organisation & planning skills and attention to detail

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to apply a diverse range of communication techniques

Sound analytical and problem-solving skills and able to effectively prioritise and manage work

Sound geographical knowledge 

Ability to work to tight deadlines

Experienced in working in a busy environment
