MiddletonMurray an award winning training provider is currently recruiting for a Digital Growth and Marketing Lead to join their Marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the digital growth of all brands under the Limitless umbrella through paid ads and marketing.

Responsibilities for role will include:
To lead our Self Serve acquisition plan within our digital marketing team for all Limitless products
Customer-focused: Understand who our customers are, how to reach them, and what messages resonate with them.
Drive growth: Responsible for driving measurable growth for Limitless in terms of awareness, users and revenue.
Channel expert: Plan, coordinate, and execute growth and digital campaigns across paid, programmatic, search, social, content, and email.
Test & Learn: Test new approaches and channels regularly. Develop framework to understand success and impact.
Partner: Work cross-functionally with other teams to develop ways to scale.
Measure: Ensure that the right measurement infrastructure and reporting is in place to enable rapid experimentation and targeted promotions.
5+ years experience in growth marketing, digital marketing or similar field
Expert knowledge in digital marketing channels including search, programmatic display, social, SEO, and email marketing.
Experience analyzing, interpreting, and leveraging data to make business decisions
Strong communicator in person and in written communications
Resourceful and self-starter
Comfortable in ambiguity and able to forge a path ahead
